ECU connector looks OK. I took it off, cleaned the contacts and reinstalled it before posting. I am using the same pc that I used in the past. It seems to be able to pick up the last part of the part number but then cannot connect, so I assume the port and compatibility are OK but don't know how to check that. I see no light on my connector cable, unless they covered it with the shrink wrap. It's pretty old. I plan to see if I can upgrade the software and to check the continuity of the wires from the consult jack to the ECU. Coz @ CZP tells me that the upgraded ECU should connect exactly as the original did.
